ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2019 and currently lead a growing team of three, with plans to continue expanding. Before becoming an agent, I practiced law and am also a fantasy and science fiction writer, bringing a unique blend of analytical thinking, creativity, and communication into agency ownership. I’m proud to be the only double Ivy League graduate to own a State Farm agency in the company’s 100+ year history, and I bring that same standard of excellence into how I build and develop my team.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Bruce Strothers - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
